International Shipping:
All international orders ship at a flat-rate of $20 per order and shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight and destination of your order and some products are with Free International Shipping as it mentions on product description details. Our international shipping policy is exclusive of taxes, customs duties and any fees levied by the destination country for your order. Recipient of the shipment in the destination country is responsible for all import duties and taxes. All orders ship between 7-10 working days in most countries by DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, SkyNet, etc after the order is received. Delivery time depends on the level of service we provide as where you are located. You must have a physical street address for all the deliveries. At the current time we accept Visa Card & Master Card for international orders.
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it cost and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by email and over Whatsapp re-stating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase. Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been processed. We will also inform you of your tracking reference number. By clicking on the tracking reference link you will be taken to the courier’s website where you can see the progress of your delivery. You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number. You can find your number in your order history. Alternatively, you can find the unique tracking reference number on the email you will have received from us. You will also find the link to the appropriate section of the courier’s website.
We will charge you a $30 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $30 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. We will require emailed front and back copies of the credit card used, and valid driver’s license for any order containing an International address. This is to ensure that the card is physically in possession, and to reduce fraud. Please email the aforementioned to Customer Service for approval. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. We are not responsible for taxes or tariffs on packages shipped internationally. All taxes, tariffs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and all returned packages for international orders will be charged the shipping fee.
These amounts are provided as estimates only and additional charges may be incurred dependent upon the size weight and value of the goods. The actual delivery charges will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to acceptance of your order.
