Our policy lasts 10 days and If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you will be paying for shipping charges to return the product as It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are proud to accept any product in a resalable condition for up to 10 days from the date of shipment – without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, with less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free returns.
We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:
Items must be in the original packaging (Including plastic bag & product tag).
Items must be clean and free from wear.
Items must be unwashed.
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).
*For your protection, undergarments, swimsuits, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Our Support Team will contact you within 08 hours of your Refund Request with return details and following receiving the goods and inspection to ensure they are in the same condition as prior to the customer receiving we are satisfied with issuing a refund, we will contact you with Refund / Return authorization and confirmation.
If satisfied that the goods meet our Returns Policy, a refund will be issued within 7-10 working days of receiving the goods. Exchanges will be issued as and when delivery costs have been covered by the customer. Until we receive your returned goods, they remain your responsibility In order to issue a refund, we will require your credit card or bank details as we do not hold these details. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover delivery / postal charges to cover the cost of shipping all returned goods to us. If goods are returned because they are damaged or incorrect, we will cover the delivery costs for returning goods to us.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if you have not received your goods within 50 days of the expected delivery date which will be provided during the online transaction process. If goods do not appear, we will check through the delivery tracking system. If after 31 days from the expected delivery date, your goods do not arrive, we will replace your item.
